This product is made to order. Unless there is a manufacturer problem/defect or mistake made by The Laser Shed, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Cancellations are allowed prior to the start of production for a full refund. Production will begin within 24 - 72 hours after order/payment is received or your custom design/charges are approved/payment received.
